Cecile Tanmaya George
Cecile set up Hirondelle & Co in 2014 in order to support mid-size companies in transforming their approach to growth with pragmatic solutions.
She joined McKinsey in 2010 after a career in sales in B2B. At McKinsey she focussed on commercial excellence and led projects from pricing to sales performance improvements in a wide range of B2B industries. After leaving the firm she continued to work with McKinsey as an external sales & marketing expert. Due to her impact focus she increasingly gravitated towards implementation of growth strategies in PE. Her specialisms include pricing, pipeline optimisation, change management and set-up of commercial organisations for growth.
Cecile holds a Master from ETH Zurich in Food Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD.

Renata Vancini
Renata joined ZS Associated in 2010 where she focussed on implementing marketing & sales project for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
Since leaving ZS in 2016 Renata has led and implemented Commercial Excellence and Strategy projects in the fintech, insurance, aerospace, B2B, pharmaceutical and private equity sectors as an independent expert consultant.
Her main expertise is in: go-to-market, market entry & access, organisation design, product strategy, customer segmentation, brand planning, pipeline strategy, sales force effectiveness optimisation and capability building.
Renata holds a Bachelor in Economics from Bocconi University and Master of Science in Management from LBS.

Sally Harris
Sally is a dedicated support specialist committed to delivering world-class services to businesses. She has extensive administrative and managerial experience, which she gained in a wide variety of companies, including a global pharmaceutical company, a leading management consultancy (Accenture) and within local government.
Sally, who holds a Diploma in Management Studies, a BTEC HND in Business and Finance and an LCCI Private Secretary's Certificate, has held roles with responsibilities for employee and performance management, service delivery, office management and executive support.
